About Us

Sumber Adi Swarna is an iron sand mining company located in Momujiu Village, Loloda district of North Maluku Province based on Production Operation Mining Business Permit (IUP OP) no 540/186//HU/2011 With an area of 1.544 Hectare. Our company was founded on Desember 23th 2019 And continues to grow until today. We are focusing in iron sand mining which is well known that North Maluku has a very abundant source of iron sand. Sumber Adi Swarna’s Reserves and Resources has been independently verified and cerified to international 2012 JORC standards as of may 20,2020 , our resource stand at 115,893,513 Ton of which 72,931,788 Ton are classified as reserves. Henceforth, we have a target of producing 4.000.000 – 6.325.000 Ton per year of high quality irond sand. We will also have our own lab in order to maintain the quality of production for our customers.

Key Process

Raw Sea Iron Sand will be Obtained from Seafloor in Mining Area, with range of Depth 5 to 30 meter using Dredger. The material then transferred using Floating Pipeline (HDPE) leads to Washing plant facilities inland, to process raw material into iron sand concentrate The Key Process to produce Iron Sand Concentrate are mainly using “Washing and MagneticSeparator Process” to reduce the non-ferrous element in sand material

Iron sand stockpile
This stockpile is used to temporarily accommodate before being loaded onto the barge.
Washing Plant
Iron sand that has been exploited at the mine site is transported by use the dump truck to the washing plant. To do the size uniformity is then stacked with a spreader on the stockpile, before being transported by dump truck for shipment.
Dredger
Dredging is the removal of sediments and debris from the bottom of lakes, rivers, harbors, and other water bodies.

Majority of the North Maluku people, especially in North Halmahera region are based on farmers and fisherman. Farmers in there are harvesting Kopra (coconut oil). mostly people in there is willing to make a change because of the downfall of Kopra Price. and also we want to make a growth and equity development in North Maluku area.

Report Of Analysis

Iron sand is particles containing iron (magnetite) found along the coast, formed due to the process of crushing rocks by weather and surface water, which then move and are deposited along the coast.Ironsand is a type of sand with heavy concentrations of iron. It is typically dark grey or blackish in colour. Indonesia’s iron sand is vanadium-bearing titano-magnetite, which is mainly located at coast lines and inland areas near them. The large quantity of this sand can be found in coastal area along morotai and north Halmahera.
The content of iron sand contained in our mining location are on the whole quite good, this is because Fe2o3 levels are quite high above 48% while SiO2 content below 10% and Al2O3 content below 13% so with the current iron sand marketing requirements for SiO2 are below 13%, Al2O3 below 15% and FE more than 56%, the quality of our product definitely can fulfill these
